Our dynamic team of practitioners utilise modern, evidence-backed behaviour management and respectful monitoring to equip neurodivergent children with a better understanding of communication and self-regulation. Our co-directors have been at the forefront of the industry’s move away from outdated compliance-focused discipline: our practitioners instead build support structures and spaces within schools and homes. In this way, we can better understand an individual’s behaviour as communication in and of itself, and bridge the gap between schools, families, guardians, and each person’s needs.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

With a combined twenty years of experience in both education, psychology and behavioural science, our co-founders provide effective and personalised positive behaviour support for Melbourne children. We take great pride in matching the right practitioner to each participant to ensure a strong rapport and that qualifications are aligned with participant needs. Our service is designed to provide a person-centred and collaborative support environment to help children thrive in mainstream schooling.

Individualised & Tailored Behaviour Support Plans

Our aim is to ensure every individual is heard, respected, and empowered to express their needs in positive ways. Our dedicated practitioners go beyond providing just clinical support: instead, we take the time to sit down with and understand each participant in order to design an effective, individualised support plan. In this way, our practitioners can have greater success in future capacity building and skill development, as well as collaborative, family-centred support that empowers children to reach their goals of communication, self-expression and independence.

Specialised Behaviour Support

Our dynamic team of handpicked practitioners are fully certified and experienced in providing specialised behaviour support for children living with complex neurodivergent behavioural conditions. Our co-directors aim to provide person-centred, strengths-based approaches that build understanding and strengthen communication throughout our specialised behaviour support.

Behaviour Management & Monitoring

Our behaviour management and monitoring support is tailored to the personal needs, long-term goals, and strengths of individual participants. In this way, we strive to leverage our co-founders ten plus years of experience in education and behavioural child psychology to provide support that empowers individuals to cultivate long-term understanding, communication skills, confidence and the ability to express themselves clearly and meaningfully.

NDIS Registered Provider

We are an NDIS registered provider, with over a decade of experience working with DFFH / Child Protection, mainstream and specialist schools, psychiatric treating teams, and forensic management teams.

Our practitioners take the time to guide guardians, parents, and school teachers through the often complex NDIS framework to better access vital funding and specialised support for children in a stress-free, straightforward process.

Initial Consultation

After receiving your inquiry, our codirectors will personally look over it to understand how we can help.

Functional Behaviour Assessment

Our practitioners will take the time to assess your child’s needs and discern the potential “why” behind their behaviour.

Positive Behaviour Support Plan & Goal Setting

We align our support expertise with your child’s long-term needs and produce an effective support plan and long-term goals for you to review.

Implementation, Coaching & Collaboration

Our directors work with your child and support team in to help them thrive in mainstream education. We work closely with NDIS support coordinators, allied health professionals, DFFH - Child Protection, TCP, families and carers to make certain the individual is best supported, involved in the planning and implementation of the behaviour support strategies.

Ongoing Review & Adjustment

We believe proper behavioural support is a journey, and so we regularly check in with families, schools, and guardians to ensure progress is aligned with long-term goals.
