Our Services

Forensic Insight Team

Our Forensic Insight Team specialises in supporting individuals involved in, or at risk of entering, the justice system. Made up of experienced practitioners with backgrounds in social work, psychology, and youth justice, we provide trauma-informed, behaviourally informed support that focuses on understanding the underlying drivers of behaviour and promoting safer, more positive pathways. By working closely with key stakeholders, we help create structured, supportive environments that reduce risk, strengthen protective factors, and support long-term change.

Specialist Psychiatric Team

Our Psychiatric and Complex Behaviour Management service supports individuals with multifaceted mental health and behavioural needs. Our practitioners bring extensive experience across psychiatric nursing, psychology, complex care, and crisis support, allowing us to deliver informed, responsive care. We take a holistic, evidence-based approach to understanding behaviour, working collaboratively with individuals, families, and support networks to develop practical, sustainable strategies. With a strong focus on compassion and consistency, we aim to reduce distress, build capacity, and improve overall quality of life.

Golden Years Support Team

Our Ageing with Dignity service is centred on supporting older adults to live with respect, comfort, and a strong sense of self. We recognise the importance of maintaining independence, identity, and meaningful connections in later life. Our team provides compassionate, tailored support that enhances wellbeing, promotes safety, and honours each person’s life experiences, values, and preferences—ensuring they feel valued every step of the way.

Growing Minds Support Team

Our dynamic team of practitioners utilise modern, evidence-backed behaviour support and respectful monitoring to help neurodivergent children develop stronger communication and self-regulation skills. Our practitioners bring valuable experience across teaching, education, diversity, and wellbeing leadership within school settings, allowing us to work seamlessly within learning environments. Our co-directors have been at the forefront of the industry’s move away from outdated, compliance-focused discipline; instead, we focus on building supportive structures across homes, schools, and workplaces. In doing so, we understand behaviour as communication and bridge the gap between schools, families, community, and each individual’s unique needs.

NDIS Registered Provider

We are an NDIS registered provider, with over a decade of experience working with DFFH / Child Protection, mainstream and specialist schools, psychiatric treating teams, and forensic management teams.

Our practitioners take the time to guide guardians, parents, and school teachers through the often complex NDIS framework to better access vital funding and specialised support for children in a stress-free, straightforward process.

Functional Behaviour Assessment

Our practitioners will take the time to assess the individuals needs and discern the potential “why” behind their behaviour.

Positive Behaviour Support Plan & Goal Setting

We align our support expertise with each individuals long-term needs and produce an effective support plan and long-term goals for you to review.

Implementation, Coaching & Collaboration

Our practitioners work with you and the individual in a supportive environment to help them thrive.

Ongoing Review & Adjustment

We believe proper behavioural support is a journey, and so we regularly check in with families, schools, support teams and stakeholders to ensure progress is aligned with long-term goals.
